Hello! Welcome to Tutoring with Tatum! I was born and raised in the South Bay and always dreamed about being an educator. My mission is to inspire my students to be kind, hard-working, and proud of themselves. 

 

I graduated from Bucknell University, where I studied Education, Spanish, and Environmental Studies. Since then, I have served as an urban farm educator, bilingual educator, field educator, preschool teacher, K-3rd grade teacher, and private tutor.

 

What I enjoy most about teaching is forming connections with my students, finding what works for each individual, and watching students grow. I am also extremely passionate about teaching Spanish, mindfulness, and social-emotional learning. 

 

I love bringing my experience as a teacher to one-on-one and small group environments — where l have found that learning blossoms most brilliantly.
